Album Notes & Community Reviews

Delivering a caustic assault on conventional rock aesthetics, 'Dial 'M' for Motherfucker' is a defining artifact of the abrasive New York noise rock underground. Jon Spencer's crew rips through primitive garage riffs with terrifying intensity, utilizing scraped metal percussion and blown-out tape fidelity. The album embodies a furious, nihilistic deconstruction of American roots music.
