Album Notes & Community Reviews

A maelstrom of controlled chaos, 'Abscess Time' pushes the boundaries of extreme music by blending the intricate ferocity of technical death metal with the abrasive textures of noise rock and the unpredictable freedom of improvisation. The album is a dense, anxious, and deeply unsettling work, characterized by lurching rhythms, skronking guitar dissonance, and a lyrical focus on societal decay. Pyrrhon solidifies their reputation as one of modern metal's most forward-thinking and challenging acts.
