Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Something Wild' captures the incredibly raw, infectious energy of Sam Cook-Parrott's songwriting, operating at the fuzzy intersection of power pop, pop-punk, and twee. The album bursts with short, lo-fi romantic anthems dealing with heartbreak and youthful anxiety. It established the Philadelphia-based project as beloved stalwarts within the 2010s DIY basement rock scene.
