Album Notes & Community Reviews
'A Moon Shaped Pool' is defined by Jonny Greenwood鈥檚 prominent string and choral arrangements, which meld with ambient electronics and restrained acoustic songwriting to create a work of chamber pop and art rock. Produced by Nigel Godrich, the album鈥檚 sound, captured on analog tape, is both intricate and intimate, complementing lyrical themes of heartbreak, climate change, and loss that pervade tracks written over the course of two decades.
