Album Notes & Community Reviews
The twelve songs were cut in two December 1971 sessions at Roy Homer and Associates in Clinton, Maryland, with a Clinch Mountain Boys lineup of Roy Lee Centers, Keith Whitley, Ricky Skaggs, Jack Cooke and Curly Ray Cline. Alongside the title hymn, the program pairs 'Village Church Yard' with 'Honey in the Rock' and '10,000 Angels', a core document of Stanley's early seventies bluegrass gospel work.
