Album Notes & Community Reviews
Originally intended as a Mark Kozelek solo album, 'Songs for a Blue Guitar' introduces heavier, Crazy Horse-style electric solos to the band's slowcore sound. The record is incredibly sentimental and melancholic, blending alt-country and folk rock to explore deeply introspective themes of loneliness and autumn longing.
