Album Notes & Community Reviews

The fourth studio album from the Los Angeles progressive metal quintet features intensely intricate musicianship anchored by Fates Warning vocalist Ray Alder. The complex, highly melodic compositions frequently feature blazing guitar and keyboard duels, including a notable guest solo by Dream Theater's James LaBrie. The album confirmed their standing as premier practitioners of technically demanding, emotionally charged American prog-metal.
