Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Adelaide band's debut was recorded at Lucky Larry's Lepertone Studios in South Australia and produced by Mark Boath, Chris Gunn and the band themselves, its title lifted from a line in their song 'Killing Floor'. The record established Redgum's plainspoken, union-hall folk rock and began their run as Australia's defining political folk act.
