Album Notes & Community Reviews

For her seventh studio album, the celebrated singer-songwriter completely eschews material from her extensive back catalog, writing entirely new songs during her recent pregnancy. The record heavily incorporates sweeping orchestral strings alongside her signature virtuosic piano playing and delightfully quirky, narrative-driven lyricism. It functions as a brilliant, highly sophisticated, and emotionally mature addition to her beloved discography.
