Album Notes & Community Reviews
On their sophomore album 'D茅nouement', Toronto's Respire further develops their unique fusion of aggressive and beautiful soundscapes. The album masterfully weaves together elements of screamo, black metal, and post-rock with lush orchestral arrangements, featuring violins and horns. It is a deeply emotional and cinematic journey, wrestling with themes of trauma and healing through its dynamic and cathartic compositions.
