Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Revolutionary Ensemble delivers a masterclass in highly interactive, acoustic avant-garde jazz on 'The Psyche'. Led by violinist Leroy Jenkins, the trio abandons traditional harmonic frameworks for intense, entirely instrumental free improvisation that constantly shifts in dynamics and texture.
