Album Notes & Community Reviews

The former Pulp guitarist fully embraced a sweeping, deeply nostalgic retro-pop aesthetic on his third solo effort. Channeling the grand, heartbroken crooning of Roy Orbison and Scott Walker, the record is drenched in cinematic strings, twangy guitars, and profound romantic melancholy.
