Following the fiery dissolution of Television, the immensely talented co-lead guitarist issued a remarkably polished, incredibly melodic solo debut. The record eschews the angular, sprawling jams of his former band, opting instead for tightly constructed, jangling power pop anthems. Although it fell through the cracks commercially upon release, it remains highly regarded for its brilliant, understated guitar craftsmanship.
