Album Notes & Community Reviews

Willy Vlautin delivers a masterful set of dusty, highly cinematic narratives chronicling the lives of drifters, addicts, and broken individuals across the American West. The instrumentation balances raw, electric grit with the mournful wail of the pedal steel guitar, creating an expansive sonic backdrop for his poignant storytelling. It is widely considered a pinnacle achievement in the alternative country canon.
