Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by the visionary Todd Rundgren, 'Guitars and Women' finds the legendary guitar slinger aggressively courting the late-seventies power pop and arena rock markets. Rick Derringer pairs his searing, technically dazzling fretwork with sharp, radio-ready hooks and remarkably glossy studio production. The project successfully showcases his transition from a gritty blues-rock prodigy to an astute architect of infectious pop-rock.
