Album Notes & Community Reviews

Conceived as a rock adaptation of George Orwell's dystopian novel, the former Yes keyboard wizard enlisted lyricist Tim Rice and vocalist Chaka Khan to execute his ambitious concept. The result is a bombastic intersection of classic 70s symphonic grandeur and glossy, 80s pop-funk sensibilities, driven by an arsenal of modern synthesizers[cite: 1].
