The third studio album from the Los Angeles indie band and their first for a major label, 'More Adventurous' marked a significant sonic and critical turning point. Produced by Mike Mogis, the album expanded the band's sound to include more polished production with elements of country, soul, and classic rock. Led by Jenny Lewis's incisive and narrative-driven songwriting, the record is widely regarded as the band's most accomplished and definitive work.
