Album Notes & Community Reviews

A prominent fixture of the Dutch 'Nederbeat' explosion, the Ro-d-Ys delivered a captivating debut album that successfully integrated melodic beat music with emerging psychedelic pop textures. 'Just Fancy' features jangly guitars, rich vocal harmonies, and eccentric arrangements that mirror the countercultural shifts happening across Europe. The record remains a valued collector's piece for fans of continental 1960s underground pop.
