Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the temporary dissolution of The Go-Betweens, the Australian songwriter relocated to Germany to record his solo debut. Collaborating with producer Mick Harvey of The Bad Seeds, the resulting album pairs his literate, deeply melancholic lyricism with incredibly lush, cinematic folk-rock arrangements.
