Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded following the tragic death of his Go-Betweens co-founder and lifelong friend Grant McLennan, this solo album is a profoundly moving, elegiac masterpiece. Forster utilized several unfinished songs the duo had begun writing together, resulting in deeply melancholic, elegantly arranged folk-rock tracks that serve as a beautiful tribute to their legendary partnership. It stands as a vital, emotionally devastating high point in his career.
