Album Notes & Community Reviews
Stepping away from his role as half of D.A.F., the German percussionist and producer crafted a surprisingly accessible solo debut. 'Night Full of Tension' features sleek, propulsive sequencer lines and guest vocals by Annie Lennox, pushing his sound toward sophisticated European dance floors. The record perfectly distills the mechanical pulse of early electronic body music into a refined pop format.
