Album Notes & Community Reviews

Backed by the formidable rhythmic muscle of The Meters and Lowell George of Little Feat, Palmer's solo debut is a masterclass in deeply infectious, blue-eyed soul. The album expertly fuses slick British pop sensibilities with gritty New Orleans funk, immediately establishing him as a potent, swaggering vocal force.
