Album Notes & Community Reviews

This exquisite collection focuses on the preservation of traditional Celtic ballads, performed with remarkable scholarly dedication. The singer's clear, unadorned soprano and sparse acoustic accompaniment emphasize the narrative weight and ancient melodies of the source material. It serves as a vital, authentic document within the transatlantic folk revival movement.
