Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stepping momentarily away from his duties with the Incredible String Band, the prolific Scottish songwriter crafted a lush, idiosyncratic solo debut. Utilizing extensive multi-tracking to play nearly all the varied acoustic and ethnic instrumentation himself, the recording perfectly encapsulates his signature blend of eccentric, poetic lyricism and deeply psychedelic folk composition.
