Album Notes & Community Reviews

Benefitting from the glossy, arena-ready production of Andy Taylor and Bernard Edwards, this release secured a massive late-career resurgence for the rock vocalist. The pop-rock arrangements are deeply melodic and radio-friendly, resulting in multiple major international hit singles. The album effectively transitioned his sound from classic rock and roll into the polished adult contemporary sphere of the late eighties.
