Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following his celebrated debut focused on the urban narratives of S茫o Paulo, the Brazilian singer-songwriter shifts his thematic and sonic focus to the mystical atmosphere of Bahia. The project brilliantly deconstructs traditional samba and bossa nova, injecting them with angular jazz-rock instrumentation, psychedelic production, and deeply poetic, surrealist lyricism. It is a critically acclaimed masterpiece of contemporary, avant-garde M煤sica Popular Brasileira.
