One of the Boys

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Taking a brief hiatus from The Who, Roger Daltrey leans heavily into accessible, hook-driven pop-rock for his third solo outing. The record features an impressive roster of guest musicians, including Paul McCartney and Eric Clapton, lending a polished, superstar sheen to the production. The material strays from grand rock operas, focusing instead on straightforward, radio-friendly AOR anthems.
