In the Eye of the Storm

Following his acrimonious departure from Supertramp, Hodgson's solo debut closely mirrors the lush, progressive pop sound he helped architect for his former band. He played nearly all the instruments himself, crafting grand, piano-driven epics like 'Had a Dream (Sleeping with the Enemy)'. The record proved his enduring capability as a composer and arranger outside of the celebrated partnership with Rick Davies.
