Album Notes & Community Reviews

Former Byrds frontman Roger McGuinn formed a new backing band for this polished exploration of country and pop rock. 'Thunderbyrd' features prominent covers, including a notable rendition of Tom Petty's 'American Girl', alongside original compositions. The crisp production firmly aligns with the soft rock sensibilities prevailing in late-1970s California.
