Album Notes & Community Reviews

Taking an intimate turn away from the grand, martial industrial sweeps of his sprawling 'Die Aesthetik der Herrschaftsfreiheit' trilogy, Jerome Reuter delivers a stripped-down, deeply personal reflection on European economic anxiety. The arrangements are remarkably sparse, relying primarily on finger-picked acoustic guitars and somber vocal phrasing, accented occasionally by subtle string orchestration. It acts as a poetic, fatalistic commentary on the disillusionment surrounding modern capitalism.
