Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dedicated to the memory of Elliott Smith and Johnny Cash, this release finds the acclaimed Canadian songwriter embracing a notably brighter, more upbeat melodicism. 'Retriever' weaves subtle strings and polished production around Sexsmith's trademark melancholy, drawing distinct comparisons to classic 1970s pop radio.
