Album Notes & Community Reviews
Vibraphonist Roy Ayers continues his dominant run of 1970s jazz-funk with this slick, heavily syncopated release. The album balances intricate instrumental improvisation with highly accessible, soulful vocal tracks, perfectly encapsulating the transition of contemporary jazz towards the impending disco era.
