Album Notes & Community Reviews

Credited to his early moniker 'Runt', Todd Rundgren's sophomore album heavily established his signature, piano-driven singer-songwriter perfection. 'The Ballad of Todd Rundgren' is an incredibly warm, beautifully melodic pop-rock triumph, matching remarkably playful, highly humorous power-pop with deeply sentimental, wonderfully bittersweet introspective balladry.
