Album Notes & Community Reviews

The acclaimed British producer applied his sophisticated studio prowess to his own material, crafting a deeply conceptual and texturally rich solo album. Heavily featuring early digital synthesizers and complex vocal layering, the record is a masterclass in intellectual, slightly paranoid art-pop. It subtly yet significantly influenced the broader production aesthetic of 1980s progressive rock.
