Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Bon Iver multi-instrumentalist and backing vocalist delivers a breathtakingly beautiful, highly orchestrated sophomore solo album inspired by the natural landscapes of the Sierra Nevada. 'Range of Light' relies heavily on sweeping, cinematic string arrangements, delicate piano melodies, and his remarkably pure, deeply emotive falsetto. The record serves as a profoundly gentle, beautifully arranged, and incredibly lush chamber-folk masterwork.
