Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second album from S, the solo project of Jenn Ghetto from Carissa's Wierd, is a masterpiece of lo-fi despair. 'Sadstyle' is a raw and minimalist record, built on sparse, clean electric guitar and Ghetto's incredibly sad and lonely vocals. The songs are unflinching explorations of depression, self-hatred, and queer heartbreak, making for a profoundly moving and essential work of sadcore.
