Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released to coincide with the centenary of the conflict's conclusion, 'The Great War' serves as a massive, heavily researched concept record exclusively focused on World War I. The Swedish quintet employs their trademark bombastic power metal orchestration, complete with dramatic choirs and galloping guitar leads, to vividly recount harrowing tales of trench warfare and historical tragedy.
