Album Notes & Community Reviews
Shibano, a pianist trained in Paris under the Satie scholar Jean-Jo毛l Barbier, reworks the oeuvre of French composer Pascal Comelade here in partnership with Yoshio Ojima. The album extends the environmental approach of her earlier 'Erik Satie 1984', made for Satoshi Ashikawa's Sound Process label.
