Album Notes & Community Reviews
Arriving with virtually no prior warning or artist information, the anonymous British collective drops an astonishingly fully-formed debut. The album seamlessly blends classic Afrobeat rhythms, ESG-inspired post-punk basslines, and deeply groovy neo-soul. It marked the mysterious beginning of one of the most prolific and critically adored musical projects of the modern era.
