Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving after a three-year hiatus and significant lineup restructuring, this album sees the Los Angeles collective expanding upon their uniquely tribal, middle-eastern infused sound. 'Ceremonial' relies heavily on hypnotic, reverberating basslines, metallic percussion, and shimmering, heavily effected guitar textures, often abandoning vocals entirely. The record's sweeping, cinematic atmosphere solidified their standing as pioneers of industrial-tinged art punk.
