Album Notes & Community Reviews

Saves the Day's debut album is a raw, energetic slice of late-90s melodic hardcore and emo. Released when the band members were still in their late teens, 'Can't Slow Down' is filled with youthful exuberance, fast-paced rhythms, and Chris Conley's distinctive, high-pitched vocals. It's a snapshot of a talented young band finding their voice and laying the groundwork for their more polished and influential later work.
