Album Notes & Community Reviews

A crucial catalyst for the mainstream explosion of pop-punk and third-wave emo, this album perfectly balances incredibly polished, upbeat pop hooks with deeply morbid lyricism. Chris Conley's hyper-specific, often violent depictions of romantic frustration and anxiety resonated massively, yielding iconic scene anthems like 'At Your Funeral'.
