Seeking to expand their international reach, the NWOBHM stalwarts enlisted producer Jeff Glixman to deliver a punchier, more accessible mix. The album retains their signature blue-collar heavy metal riffing while pushing towards a slightly more polished, arena-ready sound. It ultimately became their highest-charting release in the United States, propelled by the anthemic title track and aggressive tracks like 'This Town Rocks'.
