Inspired heavily by the extreme temperatures and desolate landscapes of the Mojave Desert, the New York ensemble expands from a duo into a punishing five-piece band. The suffocatingly dense black metal compositions utilize microtonal guitar tunings and totalist rhythmic repetition to induce a state of auditory exhaustion and terror.
