Following the departure of co-founder Nic Bullen, Mick Harris assumed total control of the project, completely abandoning its grinding industrial-metal roots for heavily isolated electronic dub. The incredibly dense, incredibly slow-moving production relies heavily on cavernous sub-bass, highly repetitive hip-hop breakbeats, and intensely dark ambient drones. The deeply paranoid, heavily suffocating recording stands as a highly influential, foundational masterwork of the mid-90s illbient movement.
