Album Notes & Community Reviews

Shedding the massive, sludge metal amplification of Neurosis, Scott Kelly's solo debut is a harrowing, entirely acoustic affair. The album relies on stark, repetitive acoustic guitar picking to support his gravelly baritone, delivering deeply personal, profoundly depressive gothic folk narratives.
