Album Notes & Community Reviews

Led by Agalloch guitarist Don Anderson, the Portland-based project's debut offering pushes death metal into highly sophisticated, theatrical territory. The record seamlessly integrates intricate, progressive song structures with clean vocal passages and melodic, neoclassical guitar work, standing as a forward-thinking anomaly in the late-90s American metal underground.
