Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut full-length from the New Jersey quintet was produced by Steve Evetts and became a landmark of the mid-2000s post-hardcore scene. The recording is characterized by its high-contrast dynamics, pairing aggressive screams and literary-inspired lyrics with polished melodic hooks. It conceptually addresses themes of romantic failure and existential angst, reflecting the band's foundation in the regional DIY hardcore underground.
