Album Notes & Community Reviews

Sidney Gish's self-released debut, 'Ed Buys Houses', establishes her signature bedroom pop sound through a blend of fuzzy guitars, simple drum machine beats, and layered vocals. The album's lo-fi, DIY production complements Gish's witty, self-deprecating, and highly observational lyrics, which explore themes of young adult awkwardness and mundane anxieties with a distinct, humorous frankness.
