Album Notes & Community Reviews
The second and final studio offering from Michael Des Barres' raucous quintet leans aggressively into sleazy, high-energy hard rock. Characterized by twin-guitar riffing, driving boogie rhythms, and flamboyant, sexually charged lyricism, the record captures the hedonistic excess of the British glam era. Though it failed to achieve mainstream commercial success, its raw attitude proved highly influential on the subsequent late-70s punk and 80s glam-metal movements.
